Through business diversification, Nomago has established a strong foundation for entering a new era of mobility, reducing business risks significantly by interconnecting various mobility services and developing new ones, thereby ensuring conditions for further business growth.

Nomago adopted a regional expansion strategy years ago and currently operates subsidiaries in Italy and Croatia, where it is increasing business volume and expanding service offerings each year. The Nomago Group employs over 1,150 people, making it one of the largest employers in the region. Nomago invests significant effort into measures and benefits that enhance the well-being, engagement, and personal and professional development of its employees, and has established a successful mentoring and youth employment support program, essential for building a successful, development-oriented company.

With the development of new mobility services, the integration of artificial intelligence into workflows, and the convergence of different mobility forms into a single solution, Nomago is rapidly establishing the first fully operational MaaS (Mobility as a Service) system in the region. This "one-stop-shop" will offer travelers all forms of mobility in one place, striving to enhance passenger experience while reducing infrastructure pressure and lowering the carbon footprint.

Among the Nomago Group's core commitments are sustainability and environmental responsibility, driving the ongoing renewal of its vehicle fleet. By 2026, Nomago aims to operate all intercity lines with vehicles meeting the strictest environmental EURO 6 standards and introduce electric vehicles into urban public transport systems. Public transport remains the backbone of any country's mobility development, as only effective and accessible public transit can help achieve environmental goals and foster a carbon-neutral society.

Nomago operates intercity transport across seven Slovenian regions, covering approximately 3,700 routes for passengers. In cities like Nova Gorica, Celje, Idrija, Krško, Postojna, Brežice, Velenje, and Sevnica, Nomago also provides urban public transportation, while managing school transport in 75 municipalities and employee transport for over 25 companies.

In the occasional transport segment, the Nomago Group collaborates with over 100 sport clubs and cultural associations, 160 educational institutions, major organizers of large sports and entertainment events in the region, numerous associations, and international tourist groups. With the development of the Charter platform, Nomago has further enhanced its occasional transport services, positioning itself as one of the most advanced mobility companies in the region.

The occasional transport segment is increasingly intertwined with the Nomago Group's tourism activity, aiming to provide all services in one place for travelers. Nomago is the largest Slovenian provider of airline tickets and continues to enhance its tourism services in Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy with new products, such as its own excursions and Destination Management Company (DMC) services. In tourism, Nomago is solidifying its position as a comprehensive travel provider, developing products for marketing free capacities during the off-season.

To address the "last mile" in transportation, Nomago has implemented public bicycle-sharing systems in 17 Slovenian municipalities, with over 160 stations and 800 bicycles, covering over a million kilometers annually. With plans to expand the system to additional 21 municipalities in the Ljubljana urban region, Nomago Bikes will become the largest bike-sharing system in Slovenia.
