Adventura Investments Group further consolidated its place among the largest Slovenian business groups. Consolidated annual revenue increased by almost a quarter YoY terms to a quarter of a billion EUR, while number od employees exceeded 1500. The plans for 2022 are also ambitious, as consolidated revenue is expected to increase by more than 50 million EUR to 280 million EUR, while EBITDA is expected to reach 29 million EUR. By 2025, almost 360 million EUR revenue and around 40 million EBITDA is planned.
"Recent years have been extremely demanding, full of daily adaptations to new market conditions, new trends and searching for new opportunities for growth. Although the Slovenian economy faced many restrictions throughout the year, all companies in our group successfully ended 2021, surpassed the results of the previous year and managed to strengthen their position in the market. The previous two years have confirmed that our strategy is correct. We placed significant emphasis on stable and long-term operations, and thus managed to take advantage of many new market opportunities. With the acquisition of Anticus in 2021, Adventura Investments entered the Slovenian and Croatian car rental market, and at the beginning of this year we also entered into a strategic partnership with Slovenske železnice, who will – after fulfilling the suspensive conditions – become co-owner of Nomago Group,” Aleš Škerlak, CEO and co-owner of Adventura Investments, said. "Adventura Investments will continue to develop its companies and follow the implementation of ambitious plans. We are actively looking and negotiating acquisitions that would strengthen the companies in our group, but on the other hand we are also paying attention to new opportunities in the market," added Aleš Škerlak.
Adventura Investments Group generated 26 million EUR EBITDA and net debt to EBITDA decreased to only 1,6. For 2022 more than 10 % growth of EBITDA is planned, without considering the impact of possible new acquisitions.
