Adventura Investments is a key investor in the private equity fund Advance Capital Partners AIS II (ACP AIS II), which specializes in investments in specialized retail and e-commerce.

The fund managed by Advance Capital Partners holds a majority equity stake in Big Bang, which was initially developed by Adventura Investments between 2018 and 2023. Under the ownership of Adventura Investments and later Advance Capital Partners, Big Bang significantly improved its performance and expanded regional presence from Slovenia to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. In early 2025, Big Bang began unifying its market presence across all countries and now operates under its own brand in each of them. Evolving from a traditional brick-and-mortar retailer of consumer electronics, it has become a leading regional digital first-player.

Among the fund’s investments is also Big Partner, an ambitious distributor of consumer electronics and household appliances. The group, comprising Big Bang with its subsidiaries and Big Partner, already generates around EUR 350 million in annual revenue, with the ambition to increase this figure to approximately EUR 600 million by 2028.

ACP AIS II is also actively seeking new potential companies to complement and strengthen its two largest investments.
